We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate is detail-driven, quick to adapt, and thrives on solving challenges, always eager to explore new possibilities and push boundaries.

Responsibilities:

As a new hire in this role, you will ensure the integration quality and customer satisfaction, improve processes, and support internal and external stakeholders.

Below are your key responsibilities:

  • Integration Quality:

Review integration errors, identify the reason, and change the product to support new cases.

Proactively create a list of enhancements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.

  • Technical Support:

Assist our CS Team in resolving complex implementation cases.

Define areas for improvement.

  • 3d party communication:

Collaborate with the integration provider and conduct a yearly review.

  • Analytics:

Prepare comprehensive reports to track performance and improvements.

Your work will directly influence the precision and efficiency of our product.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting JSON files and API responses.
  • Solid practical experience with SQL.
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles.
  • Educational background in technology or economics.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience in technical support.
  • A meticulous attention to detail with no tolerance for errors.



The Interview Process Includes:

  • An introductory call with our recruiter (30 min)
  • An interview with the hiring manager (60 min)
