We're looking for Technical Support Engineer to increase customer satisfaction and stickiness by making integrations reliable and well‑supported. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated technical support specialist who will own integration‑related issues and deliver a high-quality support experience for our customers.
What you'll do (responsibilities)
Provide L1–L2 technical support for integrations (Hotglue, Precoro API, and connected tools such as ERPs/accounting systems)
Diagnose and resolve API issues (authentication, rate limits, payloads, error codes) using Postman and logs
Investigate and resolve Hotglue sync failures and Python-based transformation issues (schema mismatches, mapping, data types)
Support customers in designing and validating integration flows between Precoro and their systems (ERP, finance, CRM, inventory)
Create and maintain documentation (troubleshooting guides, FAQs, runbooks, help center articles)
Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear reproduction steps and context
Identify recurring issues and contribute insights to product and API improvements
What we look for (requirements)
1+ years of experience in Technical Support or Support Engineer roles in B2B
Strong ability to read and understand API documentation
Familiarity with programming languages
Basic knowledge of SQL for checking or validating data
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)
Nice-to-have skills
Technical support for systems that integrate with ERPs, accounting, or procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
Familiarity with iPaaS / embedded integration tools (Hotglue, Zapier, n8n, Workato, Celigo).
Experience with log analysis, monitoring tools, or tracing
