We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to scale our global teams, with a focus on the US market. Full-cycle hiring, strategy, and impact — all in one role.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to strengthen our team and accelerate the hiring process across the company.

As our business grows, we need an experienced professional who can efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle, bring in top talent, and ensure our hiring needs are met promptly without compromising quality.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for vacancies across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Development teams.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to deeply understand each role, team dynamics, and success criteria.

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies tailored to each department’s needs, ensuring both speed and quality of hires.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to anticipate and meet future hiring needs.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by introducing best practices, new tools, and creative approaches.

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • You’ll be recruiting talent across the U.S., so experience with the American job market will be a big advantage.

Job requirements

  • Experience in recruitment within a product company: You have at least 4 years of experience in hiring talented professionals for both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Knowledge of technology and the market: You understand exactly who you’re looking for and have a clear sense of what each role requires.

  • Communication skills: You can not only conduct interviews but also convince candidates they’ve found the right place.

  • Relationship building: You know how to build long-term connections with valuable talent.

  • Creative approach: You can find unconventional solutions to attract the best people and aren’t afraid to experiment.
