We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive with decent experience in B2B SaaS sales who’ll join us in expanding our sales in the Mid-Market & Enterprise segments in North America, the UK, and Europe regions. 

We’re very proud of serving 800+ customers across the US, UK, and Europe and employing 100+ wonderful Ukrainian people. Precoro fills out a wide but still niche gap in the procurement centralization and automation market - we see an enormous potential and market opportunity. After 10 years, we believe it’s only the beginning.

Job requirements

  • What you'll do (responsibilities)

    • Qualify, strategize, demonstrate, negotiate, and close inbound & outbound accounts;

    • Develop a strong understanding of the product and market expertise;

    • Demonstrate talent and hustle — the ability to drive the sales cycle with CEOs, Finance, and Procurement decision-makers;

    • Enable natural curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathy to understand your client’s pains and problems at a personal level and ensure the most efficient solutions;

    • Ensure successful conversion rate in ’sales opportunity -> closed won’;

    • Systematically meet and raise quota quarterly;

    • Analyze customer requirements and communicate them with the product team;

    • Establishing long-term relationships with clients to build trust and maintain high levels of client satisfaction;

    • Forecast and manage pipeline through HubSpot Sales Professional CRM.

    • 3+ years of software selling consistently and delivering at and above quota;

    • B2B background ideal: Software / SaaS or other related industry.

    • Challenger approach, solution selling, energetic demeanor, tenacity to win, high emotional intelligence.

    • Advanced/Fluent English.

    Hiring Process

    3. Interview with a Head Of Sales (1 hour)

    4. Test task (up to 2 hours)
