We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to generate new prospects and will work closely with the Account Executives\ Outbound team to drive the sales pipeline.

Handling Rejection and Persistence: Outbound cold calling can be challenging with a high likelihood of rejection. Maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in the face of rejection is crucial for success in this role. We provide a comprehensive playbook that covers ICP, cold calling approaches, and offers detailed guidance on what you need to do.

Opportunities: This role provides a great opportunity to develop key sales skills, including cold calling, discovery calls, and lead qualification. If you succeed in this role within the next 6-12 months, you will have the opportunity to advance to an SDR Manager or Account Executive position, depending on your career goals.

As we work with clients from various industries and backgrounds, you will have the chance to refine your communication skills and gain experience working with diverse individuals across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify new business opportunities using a multi-channel approach, including outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies. Use targeted questions to understand lead needs and assess their fit with our product. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for AEs with qualified prospects from outbound channels.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring all lead information is well-documented.

  • Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and contributing to the ongoing optimization of lead generation, qualification, and sales strategies.

  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted into opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound cold calling, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Ability to work from our offices in Kyiv or Warsaw.

  • Flexible working hours.

  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with native or near-native fluency.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a sales environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to various scenarios and customer needs.

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

  • Strong time management and self-organization skills are essential for balancing various tasks.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in a product company related to spend management or procurement software.

The Interview Process Includes:

  • An introductory call with our recruiter.
