The Payments module isn’t just another feature — it’s a game-changer for Precoro. It will open up new competitive advantages, streamline customer experiences, and influence our sales conversions.
Job description
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Precoro and lead the development of a brand-new Payments module — a critical new direction in our product. This is a rare opportunity to start with a clean slate, take full ownership, and shape something impactful from day one.
You won’t be maintaining or optimizing an existing system — you’ll be creating the vision, assembling the team, and building the product end-to-end. It’s a chance to make your mark and build a core part of Precoro's future.
Job requirements
Must-Have Skills:
Technical mindset:
Comfortable working with APIs — can understand documentation and run basic requests via Postman.
SQL knowledge — can write simple queries independently and use data for informed decisions (SQL can be learned on the go if all other boxes are ticked).
Payments experience:
Familiar with payment solutions such as banking systems, financial platforms, or integrations with tools like Stripe.
Proven ownership:
Successfully launched a new product or feature from scratch — not just spec’d it out, but delivered it to customers who actively use it.
Startup mindset:
Fast-moving, pragmatic, and obsessed with delivering value quickly.
Transparent, easy to work with, low-ego — not afraid to get hands-on and make things happen.
What you'll do (responsibilities)
Build the foundation — hire and lead your own team to execute the vision.
Define the strategy — from vendor selection to flow design, you’ll map out the full scope of the product.
Own the process — prepare requirements, identify bottlenecks, and design a user-focused experience that brings real value.
Drive execution — lead the development, delivery, marketing, and implementation phases.
Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and stakeholders to bring the module to life.
Why you'll love working at Precoro:

Supportive team culture: You're not alone, our team is open, honest, and always ready to help.
