We're looking for a strong and highly motivated Product Manager to manage the feature development and release management.
🏡 Important: we are looking for a person with the opportunity to work in our office in Kyiv.
Job requirements
What you'll do (responsibilities)
General document workflow
Work with procurement documents (PR-PO-Invoice-Matching)
Manage all the deliverables, releases, and hotfixes for the test and production environments
Gather requirements from the stakeholders.
Prioritize and define the final scope of work.
Create technical requirements and ensure that all the customer's pains are solved.
Set up and track the release tasks.
Manage the release activities (task tracking, notifications, testing etc)
Gather customer's cases.
Resolve ad-hoc problems.
Provide stakeholders with written reports and updates.
What we look for (requirements)
Education related to math, computer science, or economics.
Experience: at least 1 year in Product Management
Solid knowledge SQL, UX best practices
Time and task management, no micromanagement
Learned about accounting and finance operations
Upper-intermediate level English
Knowledge of the best practices for API integrations
Excellent written and spoken communication
Critical thinking mindset
Strong sense of priority
Potentially in future – lead your team (jun product manager)
You will always see a results and your impact on the product and revenue.
Nice-to-have skills
Experience product, project management, technical support - best fit: worked on internal/external products for finance department
Customer-facing communication
Extremely honest and open-minded to the feedback
Ability to predict problems
Expected Result:
3 months:
Deep understanding of the product, features, processes, and customer cases.
Able to answer the questions regarding the process: How does it work? Do we have some workaround for the issue? Will we have it in the future? Can we add it to the roadmap?
Taken responsibility for 2 Product plan features, and released at least 1 feature into production.
6 months:
You should take full responsibility for two feature modules and be able to perform all the PM activities - requirements, solution drafting, and approval, task management, release management, and product training.
9 months:
Understanding how to improve the customer's experience.
Designed and developed 3 completely new features.
12 months:
Extend the feature portfolio to 3 modules.
Take the responsibility for at least 2 developers.
