Marketing Designer (Web, UI/UX, Graphic)

We are looking for a proactive and creative Web Marketing Designer to join Precoro’s marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching visuals and graphic illustrations, as well as designing and refining website pages that drive results

What we look for (requirements)

• 3+ years of experience as a designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment, either in-house or at a startup.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and composition.

• Solid foundation in UX/UI principles paired with a creative mindset for crafting innovative and visually impactful designs.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Open to feedback, proactive, and eager to grow, with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional relationships.

• English proficiency at B1/B2 level or above.

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant web, marketing, and visual design work

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with motion design, animation, or 3D tools and techniques.

• Education or hands-on experience in interaction design, visual communication, or digital marketing

• Past projects with high impact on user engagement, brand identity, or conversion optimization

What you'll do (responsibilities)

• Enhance user experience and optimize conversions:  Conceptualize and implement intuitive UI solutions that improve user experience, remove friction points, and increase conversions across all digital touchpoints, including landing pages and marketing materials.

• Craft compelling, performance-driven marketing assets: Design and produce visually consistent, on-brand assets for diverse marketing channels (email, social media, landing pages, articles, and other promotional content) that drive engagement and conversions.

• Cross-functional collaboration:  Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure alignment between web design efforts, brand strategy, user needs, and business goals.

• Project management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within scope.
