AI Product Manager

  • Remote
    • Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
  • Product

Job description

We're looking for a Product Manager to own AI-driven automation across two connected areas of Precoro's product: Accounts Payable automation and our new generation of AI agents for procurement document processing.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who has already taken AI features from idea to production and wants to do it again at scale — across thousands of real customer documents every month.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

Accounts Payable Automation

  • Increase invoice automation: grow the share of invoices entered fully automatically to a target of 70%.

  • Reduce recognition errors: bring down mismatch rates, currently 7% on the US server and 3% on COM.

  • Automate custom recognition prompts, building logic that adapts invoice recognition to individual customers' requirements based on their support tickets.

  • Grow key adoption metrics: AP Automation adoption among customers who purchased the tariff plan but aren't yet using it fully, and AP awareness among users who haven't experienced the automated flow at all.

AI Agents (Document Intelligence)

  • Launch 5 core agents: Intake (creates the purchase request for the user — all they provide is the ask), Purchasing, Matching, Payments, and Data Enrichment.

  • Drive agent adoption, embedding them into customers' real procurement processes rather than leaving them as optional features.

  • Drive MCP (Model Context Protocol) adoption across the product.

Job requirements

  • Previous hands-on experience implementing AI, either:

    • internally, for business process automation — at minimum in reporting or accounting/finance; or

    • in a product context — at minimum automating communications.

  • Practical experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering.

  • A proven track record of shipping AI features into production environments.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with B2B SaaS products.

Growth

The scope of this role is a draw on its own — you'd be driving AI automation across one of the highest-volume, highest-impact workflows in the product. Beyond that, there's a real path to Group Product Manager, based on:

  • Measurable results against the metrics above.

  • Building a team that can sustain and evolve the product, with a process that's predictable rather than reactive.

Why you'll love working at Precoro:

  1. Trust-based management: No micromanagement—your ideas and initiatives are always encouraged.

  2. Supportive team culture: You're not alone, our team is open, honest, and always ready to help.

  3. Reimbursement for professional learning: We invest in your growth through courses, lectures, and more.

  4. Flexible hours: We care about results, not how long you sit at your desk.

  5. 26 days off annually (15 vacation days + 11 public holidays): Work-life balance is a priority for us.

  6. Medical insurance (after six months)

  7. Unlimited sick leave without requiring a medical certificate. Your health matters most.

  8. Pet-friendly offices in Kyiv: Love your furry friend? Bring them along!

  9. Supporting Ukraine: We proudly assist the Armed Forces and contribute to projects that bring victory closer.

Hiring Process

  1. Recruiter interview (30–45 minutes)

  2. Interview with a manager (1 hour)

  3. Test task (2–4 hours)
