Precoro is a leading global procurement and spend management platform trusted by 1,000+ companies across 80+ countries. We've spent over a decade building a profitable, product-driven business across Europe, and for the past 5 years, we've been growing our presence in the U.S.

Now, we're expanding our U.S. sales team to accelerate that growth.

We're hiring a full-cycle Account Executive with a true hunter mindset. You'll join a small, growing, high-performing AE team supported by U.S.-based SDRs and inbound demand from our Marketing team. You'll take ownership of the full sales process from outbound prospecting to closing across SMB and mid-market segments.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in outbound sales, wants autonomy in managing the pipeline, and is excited to help shape our U.S. go-to-market strategy.

Job requirements

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and close inbound leads ($5K-$25K ACV) from demo requests and trials.

  • Build and convert outbound pipeline ($25K-$100K ACV) with SDR support.

  • Source your opportunities when needed via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.

  • Run discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and create ROI-driven proposals.

  • Manage full sales cycles: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.

  • Sell to Finance, Procurement, and Operations leaders,  Director, VP, and C-level.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene (HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Share insights from the field to refine our sales playbook and GTM strategy.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of SaaS closing experience in a quota-carrying role.

  • Proven hunter mindset, you thrive on creating opportunities, not just working inbound.

  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience is essential.

  • Comfortable taking ownership of outbound pipeline generation alongside SDRs.

  • Consistent performance hitting or exceeding quota, with closed-won deals in the $5K-$100K+ ACV range.

  • Strong discovery, storytelling, and closing skills with VP/C-level stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage (HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
